How many days noticed is needed to schedule an appointment?
We usually require 1-2 days notice.

Do you charge more for your mobile service?
No, there is no extra charge for us to come to you.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates by service types or dollar amount.

Can I drop my car off at your location if I am unable to take advantage of your mobile service?
Yes, if you make an appointment, we can detail your vehicle at our location.

Where are your locations?
We have several locations within the Northern VA area, call for addresses.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

What is your normal service area?
We service most of the Washington Metropolitan area. 

 I own a business and would like to offer detailing; can I outsource detailing through your company?
Yes, we offer discount to businesses owners who wish to outsource our services.

Can you pick my vehicle up and bring it to your location?
Yes, depending on your location and with some limits.

I will like to have my vehicle detailed at my place of work, is that possible?
We are able to detail in parking lots; however an OK from the property owner or manager is required before services can be provided.
Do you detail engines?
Yes, a waiver is required prior to engine details.

Do you offer discounts for more than one vehicle?
Yes, we offer discount of the entire price for 3 or more vehicles done at the same location and at the same time.

How long do your complete details normally take to complete?
On an average it takes about 4 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Do you charge extra if the car is especially dirty?
No, however if the car is extremely dirty with excess mud, dirt, pet hair, paint or sap we may charge extra for removal.

Yes, we are fully insured.
