Amazing!  My Jeep Liberty was trashed on the inside; dog hair, coffee spills, gum on the carpet, embarrassing, and my mother was arriving the next day; Eek!  They showed up on time, came to my house in *** area of DC and did a fantastic job on both the interior and exterior of the jeep.  Worth every penny!  Albert was the fellow who handled my case (and it was a case, believe me).  He was cheerful, competent and professional all the way.  I just left him to it.  Will definitely use them again.  Certainly every time my mom comes to visit!  LOL

I email him late, late Thursday asking for a complete detail before Sunday @ 2:00 (have a conference to go to). He scheduled for early Saturday at my house-was a little late but called to let me know. He estimated 2-3 hours-he worked for more like 6. And charged me the same price. Had all his own gear-even a generator and water tank. I almost had to force him to use my outlet instead (saw no reason for him to have to use the generator). He worked the whole time...not 6 slow hours. He was methodical with an inside out and top down approach. My car was a mess-spilled coffee and soda built up in different nooks and crannies. He got it all. It practically looks new. My neighbor came over and on the spot was scheduling his 2 cars. And now my wife wants her done too. Great job. Great guy.

Albert did a great job for me. He spent a good two hours on the car and removed paint that had spilled onto my car using goof off. He then buffed the exterior so it looks like new.

Albert was very quick to respond to all my questions and was very prompt when he arrived at the house. His fee was reasonable, and he charged slightly less than the quote since the dirt was not as "excessive" as I had originally described to him. The price was comparable to other detailing shops in the area. He was thorough and I would definitely use him again, although don't expect miracles...the car is very clean and much improved, but it does not "look like new" nor does it have a "new car smell."

Albert did an excellent job.  He spent roughly 2 hours re-detailing my car that was done by another detailer (left lots of swirls, wax in corners of doors, did a terrible job).  Lesson learned you get what you pay for.  Will definitely recommend and use again.  Thanks for the great service.

Albert responded to my email inquiry very quickly and was able to schedule a "deluxe" detail within a couple of days. He came out to my office building and was able to do the job in the parking lot on a weekday which was incredibly convenient. He did a beautiful job - especially considering my car was pretty filthy and had a lot of dog fur on the upholstery and carpeting. He probably spent 5 hours or so working on it and when he was done the car was immaculate - not a trace of dog fur - and he only charged an additional $20 for the dog fur. I had the car detailed in order to sell it and I'm sure that I got more money for it than I would have otherwise because it was so clean.

Detailed two vehicles including compounding of one.  Also washed the exterior of a third vehicle upon request with a cheerful attitude.  They arrived a little late, but immediately went about their work. Excellent workmanship.  We are pleased.
